Discuss the work →One clear repair list
Combine minor door adjustments, wall patches, fittings and other suitable tasks into a single enquiry. List each room or common area and mark the items that are most urgent. We assess the scope before deciding what can be completed together.
Access and approvals
For occupied properties, agree access with the resident. For strata or common property, identify the authorised contact and building requirements. Fire doors and regulated work need the correct process before alterations are considered.
Before-and-after clarity
Ask for the quote to identify the tasks, materials and finishing expectations. Let us know if completion photos are required for your records. Additional issues found during a visit should be discussed before expanding the work.
Can you quote for a rental handover list?
Send the list and photos, plus the handover date and access arrangements. Timing and job suitability must be confirmed; no bond-return outcome is guaranteed.
