A loose whiteboard: tighten the bracket or remount it?
A moving board can have a loose bracket, an anchor pulling out of the wall or a damaged board fixing point. Tightening the visible screw will not resolve every cause. The wall, board weight and manufacturer fixing pattern should be checked before deciding whether the existing holes can be reused.

What changes the scope and quote
A mounting quote can cover removing the board, assessing the fixing positions, agreeing suitable fixings and remounting it level. Repairing abandoned holes or repainting is a separate finishing choice; relocating wiring or accepting an unsupported wall load is not part of routine mounting.
