Keep an occupied room usable during repairs
For a room still in use, list furniture that can move and the working area that can be cleared. Small patching or assembly tasks still need suitable space.
Photos and measurements to send
Send room-wide photos, the repair dimensions and any access-time limits.
What changes the scope and quote
Protection, furniture movement and a return visit for finishing can change the quote. Drying stages and room use should be agreed before scheduling.
